It was very cheerful atmosphere there to work with. All the employees werw very nice to every one . The trainings they had given to me was also the best. I was grateful to be the part of that perticular organisation. They have made me more bold and strong as a person.

Dislikes

All over experience was good but just the pressure under which we were working was tremendous. The time of the job was more then 12 hours sometimes. The shifts the changes per month that will not allow any employee to settle down.

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes.
