As a mechanical engineer knowing zero knowledge you can get basics.

Dislikes

Don't do job more than 1 year, in this 1 year period do more hard work , clear your basics and financial issues, once again I repeat don't do more than 1 year.

I good feel in tool room and this is technical work and interesting.there is good work environment and culture. Company policies are good.and tyey give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Tool room is a hard work area.salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session.In learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
