Company policy are good but not implement on every location it's differ from each location. Medical insurance given ( only if admitted in hospital) pf provided .. overtime 8 hrs ₹ 1000 as of now . Given good increment and have promotion policy. 3 year bond of 1 lakh can't able to change the work if you joined. Whether you liked the Job or not. Poor Leave management Low manpower for high work Low salary. Work under sun,rain,cold,night Time matters even seconds . nature of work is bonded with time. No value if you work well . Hazzardous and dangerous work environment.
