The higher will force you work even on weekends and if you had some emergency and didn’t pick the call they will literally spam you like hell. No career growth. Yearly increment is like chillar, can’t even get 1000rs on basic salary. Only Surveyor are having benefits rest staffs are having only limited benefits.. The HR team is brainless, at time of hiring you will be called for diff position and while joining you’ll be placed in some other departments, (for eg. Design Engineer is getting placed in Documentation and QC Engineer is placed in Design Department.....Read More
