The only thing I like about I-PAC is working closely with the Indian politicians and can change few life of the common people.That only gives the satisfaction at the end.

Job security, work life balance and the most important being a junior you are not allowed to say or give your point on any activities. Being a junior you just follow the orders. I-PAC is working in a political domain and every single employee are doing internal politics at the peak. They don't have any proper appraisal technique. While firing from the system they asked you don't work as per the organization expectation, but they don't say what is the organization expectation. Hiring and firing is parallel things going on every time. And most important your CTC and take home is a myth and a nightmare. This job was very good, job culture talk about political party, and good relationships with MLA, MP, Ministers through of ipac,company politics are very good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus also.
