The management taking document during joining and didn't return to employee . They pay extra working hours if anyone works extra time.

There are no one taking responsibility, they only create negative environment , not even pay salary of many employees who either switch or terminated by management. They also not pay salary on time not even single month.

They do not have a defind process and management as an IT firm should have. They do not pay salaries on time and do not do a full and final settlement. Use pirated softwares to make things work. Firm is like a shop where most of the transactions are done in cash with multiple reminders(pathetic in terms of vendor payment). Would not recommend a career oriented person to join this shop.
