It is a typical service sector company where you will be indirectly monitored and judged basis the number of hours you spend in the office rather than on your work, your entry and leaving timings will be monitored. Company’s CMO itself is a hypocrite person who in the name of flexibility himself says that if your manager wants to sit here till 6, rather sit till 8 to satisfy his ego.
