Management, no job security, no policies, no work life balance,no training, they work only on out dated technologies because to learn new technologies they need to hire experience resources, and they just hire freshers, salary very very low

Learning exposure are good here. But you should learn by yourself.

1) Management are very biased with their employees, too much of partiality within team. 2) Management just listen to TL for team feedback without analysing whether the feedback is genuine or not and take harsh action based on the reviews. 3) TL here does not posses any of the quality of a leader.
