Issue in granting leave to employees. If they grant leave then will have to do work most of the time. Need to carry your laptop. Officially Saturday is week off but need to work full day on Saturday.

Worst Experience with IIFL Home finance in entire my carrier, this is like a proprietorship firm, they don't treat like a employee, entire AP will run based on 3 cluster business heads words, they will said only negative to ZSM. Iifl company is good Wat ever policy is good especially in Andhra Pradesh there is no transparency in carrier growth only limited people enjoying the benefits especially in expansion HL tats why attraction is to high senior people leaving the system middle management like zsm r doing as there wish no transparency in promotions and hikes

Branch culture, Manager is corrupt, he takes bribe, is indisciplined and behaves in a disgusting manner towards his juniors. He discriminates between employees, there is no discipline in the branch. He is spoiling the atmosphere of the branch.

Toxic environment specially in Data analytics team. No personal life. No leaves for sick/emergencies if you took then toxicness increase for you. Lots of mental pressure.
