overall experience is good, a learning platform

Underpaid, victim of favourism and politics because of which NO growth and hence a classic example of work decoram being an absolute joke within certain toxic employees. Grievances if addressed goes unheard and you are indirectly punished wt the time of reviews/annual growth for addressing the grievance to the HR. The HR is favouring the management more than hearing out to the core team players. The right is questioned at every point and few of employees who practice the wrong are favoured and protected by the reporting managers which leads to demoralising an individual and hence staff attrition. The managers should also be equally penalised and removed from the organisation for encouraging a toxic environment within the branch. Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a notice period of 2 month before which you cannot resign. On the job there is no support offered. HR is more supportive to the management rather than to the individuals hired.
