My experience working at Hospitality Minds was disappointing. The company culture is extremely poor, with a lack of knowledge and professionalism across various departments. There is noticeable bias in decision-making, which creates an unfair work environment. One of the most challeng ing aspects was dealing with the Digital Marketing head, who displayed unprofessional behavior and lacked leadership skills.
