It's company where you should join when you reach at the mid management level and want a stable unproblematic life. It's terribly focuses on employee's skill, has no training schedule for GETs and doesn't give role according to post. Even a manager does a job of a supervisor and GETs are sent to manage floors from 1st month withoutproper training. Fully lala company, promotion/ increments depends on the amount of oil you apply to your boss.Pay scale is terribly bad. Has no budget for R&D and innovations....Read More
