As a fresher, I learnt a lot about market and corporate so I appreciate that. Here we can learn diversified roles even after working for one role which is good for our own opportunity and skill developments.

Promotion incentives and compensation are very very slow or I can say in every 3 years it's done which is also not sure that it will happen(it depends on your reporting manager hierarchy and leadership skill) which boost in post you will get in every year job change(but this is only val id in HLF)9, Increment is not such good in every financial year as maximum hike is 15% every year which is less as per changing job....Read More

Good environment and culture but salary Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are not.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
