The HOD HR is the most imcompetent person aged around 78 years. I have never seen such an inhuman and stupid person in my career till now. No ethics and manner at all. Being an HOD HR, he literally sleeps during peak office hours in his cabin and foremost never takes any responsibility of any work. Will torcher you unnecessarily without any reason. He has one of his subordinate who is literally a 'Chamcha'. In this company people doest want according to their designations, and you will only get high perks or pay rise, if you are only a MARWARI because the owner of the company is a Marwari. They dont differentiate people according to work but according to your community.If you are marwari you will have a future or else be their slave. That is what you will get if you work in a company whose owner is himself illierate. Before joining this company please talk to ex-emplyoees get the knowledge and feedback. No work culture, just like shop business no corporate culture, most of people under fear when job will be lost because 4 west indian ruled the plant just like "Mugambo", until they are happy you are save else...they have a chain with HO people and work as a slow poison but management helpless 😂😂 If you are in job before join such shop be think more.....🙏
