Likes

I have worked with teammates and we are reached a great achievements. I got appreciation also, 7 years I did continued a multi-worker play role like a supporting to whole department and management.

Skill development - Excellent
Company culture - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

There is no work pressure but, salary is very low, all works are loaded at a time only but management support is slow. When after company position changed as a cost cutting time then I have offered a better position in to other company.

Job security - Poor

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
