at the time of my joining operations not good my territory. not delivery in-time milk and milk products for distributors and retailers dispatches very late and more credits lake of misuses AM sales and team not visits market, sales team involve misuse of money of retailers.and am sales check power he is pay transporters.all transporter distributors pay bribe some sale team also involved. with in few days i observe and inform my superiors. am resigned after few months after that identify the some issues. my self vigorously roaming in territory sharp 5.00am field slowly sales team also fallow me joint work with field executive any issue immediately solve at the time of field visits know to not given incentives retailers inform to ho settle the issues.credits issue to market and not collect empty crates and freezers deposits also previous two years top managers not observe credits pressure to am sales he is resigned.2nd thing late distribution,non washing crate receive complaints milk spoiled.not supply in time plant RM is very influenced person to management he is not care to sale team in this situation i was came to HFIL late distribution and product complaint escalate higher officials and president through my heads previously not collect security deposits my self introduce 2day amount deposits.after that appointed one committee. these committee visit market identify the late distribution problems and collect samples from retailers and distributors. after that submit report HO.after that transfer plant rm. salve credit issues some retailers said to pay AM Sales he is not give receipts.these issues pending span of one year slow down credits. continue issues my tenure increase sales milk and milk products and introduce security deposits and new areas introduced start orissa market also but rm graze me he&agm take anther sr sm territory he is not good man but not experience my self leave th hfil. same sales team again misuse laks of money ho identified....Read More
