I was join as a fresher and worked 3 years there and i can say hercules is best place where you can growth your carrier and develop your engineering skills , very supporting work culture, Else HR department every department is professional and supportive. They give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is bond of 2 years before which you can't resign. And HR department is unprofessional and illiterate.

The job was quite interesting , struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session , i learnt everything on the job .
