Good team mates. However not much support from the HO. Pretty much decentralised method of working. Targets given and it's your prerogative on how you achieve. Incentive policy is more discretionary in nature and hard for most senior managers to make money. Conveyance is included in salary and apparently not a reimbursement.

Dislikes

No mandates. Sourcing clients to closure and billing is our headache. Basically can get only local clients. No cabs for site visits. No training programs for new joinees.
