The company policies are pathetic and not at all professional. Here are some of them:- 1. 1 year bond from the day of joining. 2. 50% salary deduction in the first month of joining. 3. Almost 11 hours of strict work timings. 4. Attendance policies are very strict. Even 1 second late will be considered as late, and salary will be deducted. 5. If you are not based out of Hyderabad, you'll see hell. No Indian holidays, only US ones are provided....Read More
