I like work life balance, as I get work from home opportunity whenever required. Moreover, the company culture is very good. I get to learn new skills and I am satisfied with my work. I get to work in challenging environment as well as get work satisfaction.

Dislikes

Sometimes, during the release of course I have to work on the weekends also. But that is true for any product company. However, the compensation growth is not much, I only get 3-7% salary hike every year.

Management does n't know how to get the big clients. They get dingy clients and put alot of pressure on the folks for completion. Management is very authoritative. It's my experience at Harman(formerly known as Aditi Technologies).

Dislikes

Work culture is bad, Bad management, They're spineless when they talk to clients. Instead, encourages micro management. I have bad experience. Others might have good experience though.

Work Details

Though the designation is Technical Architect, role is developer role. Management is not open for idea. Autocratic. They have few long timers and would only listen to them. Encourages favoritism.
