It's a very good working environment and culture. Management is excellent and transparent. They helped me Financially too in this Corona Time apart from salaries. Policies are good and they are ready to listen. Salary Hike is every year apart from 2020. Great opportunity for women. Job security is the best here.

I have worked for a long period in Happy Minds as a Centre Manager. I had given the full center responsibility. My center had a soft and learning culture as this is the way I am and my responsibility was to keep it that way. My senior trusted me and supported me always, so I had full authority to run and change things per my wish. Icould hire as many staff when needed. Salary was way better than other preschools. It was good overall as a Centre Manager I made sure training, growth, salary, work balance were taken care for all the employees and didis.

My work was to take care of day care children. I have to teach them numbers, rhymes and other activities. I should have to give details to parent of each and every child about there activity and food that they eat.
