The company is good in terms of providing basic facilities and infrastructure for working considering the location. The growth and knowledge gained through different external consultants and trainings are remarkable.

Dislikes

The culture has to be redefined from an individual driven company to process driven. Though the management having this concept in mind, ultimately they failed to give power to department heads and still the company is owner driven and most of the decision and approvals are from top management even for small small things which makes company into micro management concept.
