First of all they will hire you any then they decrease your package after joinning. It means you had resign your previous company, attend your notice period and join gulshan polyols. Then they will decrease your your package after joining.

Working in the maintenance department is very dynamic in nature. Upholding production levels with proper machine running is the part of job that I administer. Overall experience is great.

Dislikes

The work environment and cordination between departments is very smooth. In the production process, sulphur gas is use for steeping of maize and that is having exposure to open environment which sometimes get in touch with people working in various streams in the plant. The gas is dangerous to health.

Work Details

Working is very educated, departmental heads are very friendly and cordinate to every worker directly. It is best for person who wants a future in maintenance department as company provide very good training skills to candidate.
