I enjoyed thoroughly while working in Government of Odisha. I got an opportunity to work for the poor people of Odisha as I was entrusted wit development administration most of the time of my career. At grassroot level I was the sole authority to take any decision except some political compulsion but the people at large won and I felt as a winner. I disliked political interference in petty matters like placement of my staff. Sometimes it takes much time make them understand the benefit of being impartial.

Working with a government means you are directly responsible for the development of your area. But the bottleneck is political interference. They are focused on their supporters group. Either you have to succumb to their pressure or be stubborn and march
