Being local Govt.,activities of the govt. are targeted at direct delivery of services to the public in almost all spheres,say, medical and public health,education, food and supply,public works deptt.,rural development and so on..The govt. also generates revenue by way of taxation under VAT,excise,road transport etc. .This requires dedication to the job and a team work spirit .Sincere approach to the work therefore gives satisfaction in fulfilling responsibilities of the govt..
