Nothing much to like here. Some good things maybe you don't have to work that much cause they aren't teaching you anything.

Dislikes

They just hire you as a trainee, then after a year they kick you out and hire new one and Say who said you We hired you for a Job role, It was just contract for One year apprenticeship. Felt betrayed and scammed, left many other placement and opportunities for this company and after a year they are not confirming even a Single Graduate trainee. It's a complete scam.

policies change when department or plant head change . company want non technical operators , they do not want technical operators. if you are think you are logically & technically strong then dont enter in this interio group. hr department is very bad after they hire you... no support for Mediclaim issue. difference policies for every employees .
