No proper support from immediate boss at the last time. He wanted only output but did not bother about the problems.

I really enjoyed during 5 years I spent with this organization. Initially I worked in a third party plant at jungalpur, Howrah. Then shifted to another third party. We had to pass tough time about two and half years .Then we settled at Kharagpur.
