Worst place to work as favourite employees of principal get benefit of school policy and awards. Poor management with no balance between professional and personal life. Despite been second Saturday holiday employees are workings on second Saturday and sometimes Sunday too. I am grateful for the opportunity to work at GIIS, it is a place where i am growing each day in my professional career. Both seniors and my colleagues are very supportive and helpful whenever needed. The school rewards as monthly based on our performance, which not only motives us but also makes us but also makes us feel valued for our efforts. The timing of the school is very good, and work life balance is excellent

A good school which provides job security, excellant work-life balance. Saturdays are off which is a huge advantage. For transport, AC buses are provided. Good lunch. Breakfast available in the cafeteria.

This being such a huge institute and a brand itself better salary packages can be provided. Everything else is good.
