Dislikes

Everything is horrible. They don't admire the efforts of employees. Unrealistic deadlines make the working life like a hell. Especially seniors and managers don't have the skill to manage and distribute the workload. I have worked till midnight almost every day and on weekends, yet the task isn't finished. Trust me, if you discuss the issues about the workload with the seniors, they will in turn blame you, your skill, and your knowledge.
