my work location was Chhattisgarh, company uses the SAP software, there is a continuous work in the site there is no rest in company i worked for 12 hr a day no public holidays no weekly off in company at site location. I takes the Lot of pressure form site mangers, project manager and from head office people. finally due to all of this i learnt to how to observe the pressure and learnt to how to facing and managing the problems.
