Honest opinion/ review about the company based on my experience BA s are doing Tech-Support job like customer care and tickets ( Help Me's). If you join in as a fresher or as experienced, you would not learn anything as you would be assigned tickets to work on and if you miss updating these lame tickets, huge escalations would happen in a way that Directors and so called leaders of the company would get involved and that would destroy your confidence. Can you believe Director getting involved in everything? Having said that, if you still persist to join in, your career will go for a toss. Even if you are desperate for money please dont join in as your career would be destroyed unless you do some course in the evening Management has no leadership qualities and therefore you would struggle. Imagine your Job security, if you are asked to leave without any notice period. I have seen people being fired within 24 hours thats really sad to see In year end parties you would be a scapegoat where director would force you to drink so watch out for this...Read More

Ideal for a fresher who is looking to get into corporate and learn the works. Easy going atmosphere with a young crowd.

Dislikes

A lot of micromanagement and poor work-life balance. The industry is into EHS which has limited scope in India. No real opportunities to learn any useful processes or information. Compensation is quite below industry standards. Most of the 'seniors' are unqualified and just there by experience.

Work Details

Worked as a Business Analyst here. Role is mostly client support. You are lucky if you get to be a part of the actual SDLC lifecyle. However, most times, you get plugged into existing clients. Most of the job includes ticket resolution.
