For freshers it’s good however for long term growth there is no learning

Everyday the central team make sure to come up with new process which makes the work process very lengthy and time consuming. As per the level of position in the company, work from home are allotted accordingly which is very wrong as it should be equal for all the employees. Also the clients which are onboard, most of the time they have half or no knowledge at all, how study abroad industry works and which makes our work more hectic as we have to spoon feed everything to them or else they will complain to our upper management. There is so much of micro managing in each tasks, as they have allotted TAT in the system eg- task on miscall from client (company gives phone to us), task on query etc etc. On top of that daily calling should be 1-2 hrs and also meeting per day with clients. Feels like we are in call center. Geebee was really very good earlier days, however after the merger with leap making it worst day by day. Everyday shortlisting reaches up to 15 however between that we have to manage everything calls, meeting, internal team meeting, university meeting.
