Working with team is a good experience in Gandhi. There is no training provided initially you need to go on shop floor n learn or grasp as many things as you can. Working with gandhi you won't get promoted. There is no job security here, if you are working in production dept. And if th ey feel there is no requirement here they will place you in quality control dept. and they can even ask you to resign if they feel there is no requirement at all. Salary hike in a year is in terms of 2k, 3k, 4k, 5k that's it whether you are at any position that doesn't matter. Work environment is always stay under pressure....Read More

Only thing is you can't do according to your knowledge. It's a copy paste industry where you need to copy n paste everything.
