Salary is always delayed( 2-3 months even) No job security, you go and ask Director HR - Shilpi about salary and you are asked to quit of you don't get salary. Increment is only in Computer Science department, rest get chillar and SLLL hasn't even got that since years. They want to work for you and don't ask anything. ACs only work during NAAC, NBA visits and in October month to show new students about so called fully ACs. Students never got their security back....Ask any! If you are a boot licker of Reg or your Deans, you keep getting promotions and increments. Timetables and days are changed on papers and ERP softwares (Moodle or iCloud) to show their work timings to NAAC and NBA people to get ratings. You never get your full and final unless you have strong connections or you have best friends in HR... Baki sb thik hai🤣...Read More
