From the very beginning, my Regional Head has been more of a mentor than a boss. Instead of maintaining a hierarchical distance, she has always treated me like a friend, guiding me through challenges, clarifying doubts, and creating a supportive environment. My colleagues have been equally amazing, acting like older brothers or close friends. They've always been there to help, correct my mistakes, and provide encouragement. I am an ex employee of this company . I noticed that many people are saying that salary comes very late , many more . I want to say one thing , no one said that salary was given while staying at home during covid . How ungrateful , unscrupulous people can do that ?
