As I was the oldest employee of Frankfinn,I would say the franchise centre does not have any employee benifit in terms of leave, of, health or any benifit, even they doesn't have any work life balance, no reward and recognition system asko . For the oldest and do called best performer they doesn't have any good wishes program also

Worst company to work with , they always use abusive language to employee specially president of company Anshul Gaba , they deduct salary for any personal reason also they fool student on the name of Air hostess course . for joining company they will show you temptation for 30% salary hike but after that they will make your life hell, join this company if its last option in your life
