work culture is pathetic, there is no motivation to work. no bonus no appraisals no increments no parties no outings no fun activities no work life balance. there is a strict login time but no logout time. salary date is not fixed if you are lucky you will get your salary on 17th to 20th of the month. only lots of unnecessary work pressure, unrealistic targets. only company which has salary based targets, managers says you should justify your salary by achieving Unrealistic targets which are humanly not possible....Read More

First of all There is nothing in this company that i can call good.

If you are thinking of joining this company then you are going to be harassed at mental level Let me give you some examples of that:- 1) they are not mentioned in their company’s policy that their shift timings keep changing Right now i am working in the 2pm to 11pm shift timing and it’s very bad 2) this company is target based company and in this company they have set their own rules regarding targets your targets are set according to your salary and if you are not able to meet your daily target then they put you in a pip 3) earlier in this company you used to get two Saturday off in a month and as of today they have snatched it from us so and sometime you will be forced to work even on Sunday if you refuse to work on Sunday, then Compnay Threatens to fire you 4) there is no appraisal in this company no matter how much good work you do for the company in the whole year and when you ask them why they did not do the appraisal they say that the company is facing looses and this is a lie because increments are being made in other departments but they do not want to give increments to those whose hard work their company has been running for years Overall this is a very bad company don’t join them you are going to suffer only harassment here trust me!...Read More
