They does not know how to run Company and how to manage the employees, they don't need good employees they want Chatu......, They want to show themselves cool in front of others by using abusive language on the floor. They show that their company is very big, but they also know what is reality. There are some people in management, who will not take them as a simple assistant manager in another company. You Can be Fired Any time, In front of me, two to three employees have been fired hastily.
