It was just buyers and deaigners from chile who use to come and travel for work, apart from that no learning were there. People leave the organisation in 1-2 years as the environment is negative all the time .

Dislikes

Management, Alpana Razdan is heading this place with zero knowledge on products, processes and despite that chile management doesn’t replace her like any other liaison office replace the head in 5 years. Worst environment to work with, would not recommend anyone to join, rather no one actually wants to stay there for long themselves and that’s why they leave maximum in 1-2 years .

The life have become miserable specially after covid when headcount was reduced and they wanted 8 people to run the business which 24 people were handling earlier. Working 9 am to 11 pm was common, no work life balance.
