Nothing nice about the company only politics and favouritism . Please don't join Fairdeal Realtors as they say it is family but they don't treat well .

There is no Job security and if u want to sustain there u need to be sugary and fake with the management and manager and the HR say something and don't do as per the commitment. Andrea and Meryl are the black sheeps but management have no say . Strangest thing is the CEO was judgmental and they talk rudely but when you take your stand they terminate in short no job security .

There is nothing to like about this company. I don't know how they are surviving in this business model They sell commercial places to companies but no one is the industry or very few are doing this. Obvious If i need an office space in certain location I would directly go through a broker and why to deal with them

HR thinks he knows everything about each department he is hiring and will ask you questions from the list someone has already prepared. Then he wears a blazer as if the company is some sort of top brand in the world. He will also ask you to wear formal while coming for the interview The list of JD is so long but the CEO who does notknow anything will ask you questions which he thinks is relevant and they are completely out of the work or JD that has been shared They work like 80s and 90s in 2023 The office is also very small it will end up as soon as you enter They have been in this space for 23 years and still struggling to grow no you can imagine how the company is...Read More

I am happy with the work culture and my reporting manager. I have been recognized for my work effort and got a increment this April as per my expectations. On time monthly incentives are given every 15th of the month. Company organizes fun events, Outings etc for us.
