Management, specially the HR they do not want to listen to the employees they are more bent toward the higher management. The HOD was bias and had ego issues. There is no professional growth plan or development. You dont get to learn any thing from your management. The accounts team is terrible need to give multiple reminders. The brand doesnt have proper inventory managed its poor to see shrinkages month on month and no solution to it. The IT guys seems to own the company.
