My team is very Cooperative & very supportive, Richi Madam & Soumya sir always encourages my work and provides motivations. Both the management as well as Hr Team is very cooperative. Morning prayer is good which can give you positive vibe, except to that others are not in list.

Firstly they don't elaborate job profile in interview, after joined the company i got to know that my work profile is completely different than the profile they offered. Being a manager you have to wait for MD approval like a dog. MD is looking all activity through CCTV. No work life balance, everytime one excuse MD sir wants this task means you have to do. Very bad in payment for other vendors. I left job only for this negative vibe. HR team is playing a very bad role to hire the candidate with wrong information to fulfill their target.
