There is nothing as such to like, lot of office politics, the managing director does not trust anyone, neither he knows how to manage the organisation properly, the most confused person I have ever seen. There is a lot of favoritism, somebody with no experience can even be on higher or very higher position, and somebody even with a lot of experience maybe at lower position. Most of the people leave in 6 months. Let it be anyone, I have not seen anyone happy working here, they just need another opportunity to leave this organisation. There is no working culture in here. I don't believe this company is going to survive for long when no one working here is happy. And all the good reviews that you see here, it is the HR team who forces every employee to write reviews as soon as they join....Read More
