There is nothing to like about this company. They treat Indians as slave, no personal growth, no salry growth. All facilities are given to only their(Tajikistani's).

Dislikes

In first everything seems fine, but as you will spend more time you will find that, there are no rules and regulations, no self growth , no mental peace, no extra perks. At the time of joining they will tell you different story and on ground things will be very different. For them Indians are just servants.

Evolet Healthcare is a growing organisation and it is providing a good career growth. Managment always try to bring something new for the employees development like Individual development plans, Inhouse trainings etc.. Higher management always focuses on team work, and tries to give a best ground to the employees for representing there new and innovative ideas. They are appreciating employees work by practicing Employee of the month and Employee of the year. Working Environment is very good they are not putting employees under pressure for work. Company is providing the facility of work from home and they think about the employees by not laying off any employee. I think this is the best thing any company can do for there employees. Employees of other company are also facing the same problem of salary deduction and even lay offs. But the best think Evolet has done is not deducting the salaries of Housekeeping staff. We must support our company in this pandemic situation....Read More

The job security is good and the managers are very cooperative with junior staffs. Friendly environment with other staffs.

Nothing to like about Evolet healthcare. management is self oriented. They treat Indian employee as donkey's. Promotions, good incentives, hike, bonus are for there people from Tajikistan only. Senior positions are reserved for tajik people, once any Indian employee start training his/her senior(tajik guy), after sometime he is worthless, they fire him or terminate him or start irritating so that he/she can resign by there own....Read More
