The facility of this company is good but system in the company to be improved. A fresher can learn so much. Ombudsman policy is good.

Dislikes

Employee work for money after achieving experience but in evertogen you won't get salary hike for 2 years also. Department heads are worst. Company encourages partiality. Plant head is main drawback of company, he doesn't have product knowledge.

Only thing is hr leave policy is upto mark. Canteen and food need to be improved a lot.. responsr and support from other departments is slower due to completely new staff..
