- The company mostly, hires the freshers and use them as Interns for their projects. - The colleagues/fellow employees will be in unity when it comes to depiction of the unamusing nature towards the company though. But, we can directly approach the higher authorities ASAP if you have a rapport with them or only if you are hired by them. - The Salary will be credited on the timely basis as expected (mostly). - Most of the managers are not really particular about the Check-in time for the day in the morning.(I'm not talking about the Check-out time in particular.) - There will be a Birthday Cake cutting for once a month for all the employees of the month at its end. - The employees are subjected to use 18 leaves per year. But, an employee is subjected to use only 2 leaves per month. This column couldn't be enough to provide all of the details. 🥲 - No proper organization Structure. - Almost all benefits will not be provided as promised. - The organization will act accordingly as they please. - Also, the Job security is always a question mark to the employees. - There won't be any guidance/training provided by the organization. - And won't help in any kind of skill enhancing programmes, etc. - There is no appreciation for the employees efforts, sacrifices and time spent on the organization and projects assigned to them in anyway. - There is 'Sandwich' leave policy, if any employee is subjected to take leaves along with any declared holiday will be considered as complete set of consecutive leaves. Working in engro is like a hot seat ,we don't know when they will let you out ,all of a sudden you will get a mail or call that we don't have projects ,you need resign this is so bad .
