Company doesn't have job security, No PF, No employee security in terms of insurance, and at the time of salary they hold your salary and deliberately find a reason to deduct your salary, and most inportant they expect you to come on Sat & Sun, though company provide alternate Sat off b ut its not, No sick leave or Compensation, They force to do sales to everybody, a content wirter,designer or marketing guy according to CEO he is self centered no lt an employee centered he thing everyone in the company should make a sales contribution, hire n fire policy is there, no respect for employees, even for girls security they don't provide cab after 7 pm, I don't know how a company like this is still working....Read More
