Things were very different before current hr. There was easy culture, team was working properly. Cxos were talk to team

Pathetic planning. Senior mgmt doesn't know what they r doing, business is spoilt. Worst part, only hr is interfearing into everything. Hr is only there to play dum games and fire people. Bad planning has cost 30 % population to be removed.
