Nothing as such, except for a few really helpful colleagues.

Dislikes

Pathetic work environment, full of office politics. The people sitting at AVP/VP positions seem to have no as such experience outside this organization and they behave like some gully goons, highly unprofessional. No work life balance at all, you will be called at any given time of the day whether your working hours are over or not.Favoritism and unfair treatment are at its peak. Not sure, why they have an HR department, when HR themselves are bullies and they will not address any of your feedback or problems. No scope of growth or learning, you will be expected to work even on holidays and Sundays....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
