No job security, No support by your Managers, केवल चमचा गिरी करने वालो का प्रमोशन ओर सैलरी बढ़ती है बाकी कितनी भी मेहनत करलो सब बेकार है

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary will be increased for those persons only who's doing चमचा गिरी. HR team will never support you when you will be faced any issue.HR will hear you but finnaly a complaint goes to your reporting manager as you have complaint against him.
